Life can present you with some pretty hard experiences and sometimes you need to grasp a Blue Moon Opportunity to change your life. There are some people though, who are just too smart for their own good and try to generate opportunities where there aren’t any.


The Road Home

Spiritual growth is rarely easy. There is no quick fix. You do not get to snap your fingers and have your world change before your eyes. We are on the road home. You may choose to walk this road as a tourist, being just an observer, but something more profound is calling you.

I think about God every day. For many years concepts like God and spirituality rested on the periphery of my life. They were scenery that I could admire now and then. I was a spiritual tourist, an interested sightseer, spending a little time here and there, but always returning to my “real” life. Eventually real life became uncomfortable, and I looked to spiritual teachings as a tool - something I could use to get the things I wanted and needed. Life became more uncomfortable. Then I began to awaken.


The Spiritual Approach to Life, Business, and Wealth

There is a great deal of information available about how to make your life and business successful. If the old (and new) ways exhaust you mentally and physically (and don’t produce results), maybe it’s time for a different approach.

A lot of information sources ask you to step outside your comfort zone or do certain things so you can have results similar to theirs. You can also tell that what these people do is perfect for them, but may not feel natural or perfect for you. Should you follow their suggestions anyway? I’m not saying some of what they offer isn’t useful, but . . .

As children count down the days to the end of school, many parents with children with AD/HD and executive dysfunction start to worry about what to do during these less structured months.  Many of these children thrive on the structure of the school day, knowing what they are expected to do, and following familiar routines.  While many neurotypical kids cannot wait for the school year to end, many of my clients are ambivalent about school ending.  They want to know, “Now what will we do??
